Biocode and Mtech join forces

Biocode Oy merged with its parent company, Mtech Digital Solutions Oy, in July 2026. The merger is a natural continuation of a development that began in 2024, when Mtech increased its ownership in Biocode.

For our customers, the merger means above all a stronger foundation for developing our services and products. Our existing services and partnerships will continue as usual, and the merger requires no action from our customers. One practical change is that going forward, services will be invoiced by Mtech.
